These terms define the relationship between BizTwin and the businesses and individuals who use our platform. Please read them carefully before registering.
Our responsibilities as a platform provider — and yours as the business operator.
BizTwin provides you with a set of digital tools for recording sales, managing inventory, tracking staff activity, and receiving automated notifications. We are a platform — we provide the infrastructure, the interface, and the systems. We do not run your business.
As the business owner, you are responsible for the accuracy of all data entered into the system. BizTwin records what your staff inputs. If a staff member enters an incorrect product, quantity, or price — the system will faithfully record that incorrect entry. The audit log will show who made the entry and when, but BizTwin cannot verify the physical accuracy of what was entered against your actual stock room.
Secure data storage, real-time Telegram alerts, tamper-evident audit logs, inventory tracking engine, staff role management, sales reporting, and PDF/Excel export tools. We aim for 99.5% uptime and maintain your data securely.
The accuracy of product entries, pricing, stock counts, staff conduct, and all physical business decisions. BizTwin is a mirror of what your team records — you are responsible for what they record.
What you may and may not use BizTwin for.
BizTwin is designed exclusively for legitimate, lawful business operations. You agree not to use the platform in any way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
Pharmacies, retail stores, restaurants, POS stations, and any business dealing in legal products and services.
Using the audit log to monitor staff activity, identify errors, and maintain honest records is the core purpose of BizTwin.
Using BizTwin to track transactions involving controlled substances without proper licensing, stolen goods, counterfeit products, or any unlawful commerce is strictly forbidden.
The audit log exists to protect business owners. Any attempt to systematically falsify records, create fraudulent entries, or manipulate historical data violates these terms.
Each BizTwin account belongs to one business entity. You may not resell, sublicense, or grant access to your account to parties outside your business.
Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension without refund. BizTwin reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement authorities when required by applicable law.
The reliability of BizTwin's records and who is responsible for acting on them.
BizTwin is designed to provide accurate, tamper-evident, historical data. Once a transaction is recorded, it cannot be deleted or modified — only annotated. This is intentional: the immutability of the audit log is your primary protection against internal fraud and error.
However, the platform's data is only as accurate as the entries made by your staff. BizTwin cannot physically count your shelves, verify that a product was actually handed to a customer, or confirm that cash was received. The system records what was entered, by whom, and when.
BizTwin provides the historical record. You make the business decisions. Whether to restock, promote, discipline staff, or change pricing — these are your decisions as the business owner. BizTwin gives you the data to make those decisions with confidence, but the decisions and their outcomes are entirely yours.
We commit to maintaining the integrity of your data as stored. We do not alter, delete, or modify your business records. Your data is backed up regularly. In the event of a technical error that results in data loss, BizTwin will make commercially reasonable efforts to restore your records from the most recent backup.
Your responsibilities as the account holder.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your BizTwin account and all staff accounts you create. Keep your credentials confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately.
As the account owner (Admin), you control which staff members have access and what permissions they hold. When a staff member leaves your employment, you are responsible for deactivating their account promptly to protect your business data.
How we handle updates to these terms and account closure.
BizTwin may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you via email and in-app notification at least 14 days before any material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. You may export all your data before cancellation. After 90 days following cancellation, your data will be permanently deleted from our servers unless extended retention is requested.
The extent of our legal responsibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizTwin's liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim.
BizTwin is not liable for business losses, loss of profit, theft by employees not detected by the system, decisions made based on data in the platform, or any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages — even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
